Sleep hasn't ever been anything that's worried me too much. Until I started working a breakfast radio shift.
Best sleep I've had since then has been after running or when I had the flu and was dosed up on cold and flu meds (so restful was that sleep, I considered going on sleeping pills. Slippery slope).
It's midnight now and there's no sleep in sight. All because I broke my three rules of getting a good sleep.
1. I didn't run or do yoga today.
2. I drank diet coke about an hour before proposed bed time.
3. I had a nap at about 4.30pm.
And so I blog. And share with you my favourite song about sleep.
